Account Executive - Social Media | Location: Mumbai | 10 March

Job Description & Work Exp.

We are looking for a witty and strategic Account Executive - Social Media. The Social Media Executive should create gripping content, analyze public feedback, and report on the effects of each key undertaking. You should also keep track of all access codes. 

Responsibilities

  • Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis.
  • Create quarterly & monthly marketing strategies.
  • Draft monthly content plans, content calendars. 
  • Plan and execute social media campaigns and advertisements.
  • Monitor and analyse the performance of multiple brands
  • Possess knowledge of social mediums such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, and Snapchat.
  • Monitor trends in Social Media tools, applications, channels, design and strategy.
  • Monitor effective benchmarks for measuring the impact of Social Media campaigns.
  • Coordinate effectively with the creative team.
  • Research and prepare client presentations, reports and conduct in-person client meetings.
  • Research on industry & competitor trends to apply best practices to client portfolio.
  • Work jointly with internal team to drive campaign strategy & development.
  • Identify growth opportunities from the client portfolio and drive revenue.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience managing clients in a social media agency.
  • Great Communication, presentation & communication skills.
  • Excellent time management & organizational skills.
  • Proactive & a self starter.
  • Strategic thinker with hands on experience.
