Group Head - Programmatic | Location: Mumbai | 20 April

Job Description & Work Exp.

Group Head - Programmatic will lead a team of 2-3 programmatic professionals and help them achieve campaign goals. Set processes and adopt established account management standards and program management best practices.

Responsibilities

  • Managing all programmatic media buying campaigns for Advertisers (Display, Video & Mobile ads). Should have a very strong understanding and hands on experience on DV360 across all format of campaigns.
  • Effectively communicate digital strategies and rational for tactical approaches for each campaign. Participate in planning and driving strategy for the client account and campaigns.
  • Help execute, manage, and optimize programmatic campaigns programs for clients (e.g. auction/exchange based performance media, audience-based buying, remarketing, etc.) while meeting or surpassing client performance expectations
  • Develop, grow, and maintain relationships with clients through exceptional client service.
  • Manage the delivery of creative assets, insertion orders, campaign artifacts, and all relevant campaign documentation for campaign launches.
  • Run reports and provide campaign performance insights during and post campaign.
  • Provide regular insights to clients detailing performance, campaign optimizations, and new opportunities.
  • Work with media partners/ad tech firms (DSPs) to ensure accurate platform implementation
  • Troubleshoot issues on all pre-production and live campaigns, overseeing campaign QA process by developing and maintaining quality control procedures for campaign implementations.
  • Participate in regular knowledge share sessions to share and learn new strategies for optimizing and enhancing campaign performance.
  • Manage all self-service aspects of our tech stack, DSP partners, ad-verification services, and 3rd party data providers.
  • Pay great attention to detail and focus on quality of results and assume accountability and ownership of campaign execution.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 6+ years of relevant experience managing online ad operations for a large publisher, ad network, media company or advertising agency.   
  • Superior knowledge of the online advertising industry best practices, trends & technologies.
  • Articulate vision and business priorities to staff so that they may effectively contribute to overall business and financial success.
  • Demonstrated excellent communication skills, both written and oral, including presentations.   
  • Experience and a track-record of success managing high performance, motivated teams   
  • Demonstrated ability to be organized, ability to work under pressure, handle multiple projects and meet deadlines   
  • Requires a Bachelors degree or equivalent. MBA, a plus
